You can buy all items listed on our website for delivery to your home.
The shopping process works just like walking around our garden centre pushing
one of our shopping carts or trolleys.
If you want to buy something - you
add it to your cart. You can add as few or as many items to your cart as
you wish. When you have finished shopping, you take the cart to the
checkout and pay - just like you would in our real garden centres.

Click the picture or text of
any department or product for further information. If an item is currently in stock, there will be a text button next to the product saying
BUY - ADD TO CART.
You simply click the button to place the item in your shopping cart
(you can't buy an item in this way if there is no Add to Cart text).

| Viewing the contents of your shopping cart |

The contents of your shopping cart are displayed on the left menu bar - click on any item to view it again. You can remove items from your cart by clicking the remove items button and then deselecting the red check box next
to the item.

If you are new to on-line shopping please feel free to try ours out without
buying anything - YOU WON'T DAMAGE OUR WEBSITE OR YOUR COMPUTER! You can add as many items as you like to your
shopping cart, practice deleting them and then add something else. No order is placed
and no payment requested until you go to the on-line Checkout. You can
abandon your shopping cart at any time - even on the checkout page. Simply
go to a different website or quit the internet . |

When you have finished

button at the bottom of your shopping cart on the left menu bar. Your shopping cart will be
displayed on a new page. YOU MUST FIRST CHOOSE A DELIVERY METHOD then click the Checkout
button at the bottom to continue.

details for payment - we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, AMERICAN EXPRESS
or DINERS CLUB cards for
on-line and telephone orders.

protection - this means all your transactions are
encrypted and fully secure.

MANY WEBSITES TAKE PAYMENT FROM YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTOMATICALLY AND
IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU CLICK THE CHECKOUT PAGE. WE DON'T! We
never take any payment from you until your order is READY FOR DISPATCH - usually
within 2 working days. If an item has a longer delivery specified, we
won't charge your card until the item is dispatched. |
